I have to follow Miriam's heartfelt post with this message: From Mrs. Kelly to Betsy and Tacy, & Harry (& Joe iy"H): I may not know all the answers to the crucial questions, but at least I know what's important. Second generation best friends are really special and if I may speak for Mrs. Ray also, we are so happy it worked out this way even if the two of you are over the top, way too mushy for us Brooklynites. my dearest tacy, it feels a little surreal to be doing this and actually a little odd as well. plus this little post could just about summarize everything i want to tell you as well as an eyedropper could empty the pacific. (that was quite poetic of me...are you impressed? i'm getting eloquent over here in ozzie land ;) the real things i want to tell you are not going to get written here (sorry folks, no juicy secrets about our pasts here) but there are a few things that are open to public consumption. Firstly, i wish i could be there with you at this time, i'm heartbroken that i couldn't be there with you. I know that you probably wouldn't have noticed at all what with the whole distraction of liron and all but i wanted to be there for you. secondly, there's no way you could even imagine how elated and flying off the roof i am for you. My little Tacy, my little Deens, getting engaged on me...its nuts man. I refuse to do the typical girl thing and start listing all of our memories here cuz seriously if people want to know those details about our lives they'll buy the autobiography when it comes out and you know what...maybe we'll even autograph it but you should just know that i'll be back in america in exactly 7 days and girlfriend you should just warn liron to expect a call from me. I have to check this dude out. I know he's passed important inspections but i have a couple crucial questions that need to be answered. a) what is anna's boyfriend's name? 2) what song was tony supposed to sing in commencement 3) why couldn't tacy and tib be bridesmaids for betsy and 4) did he approve of my essay entitled "why i should be the maid of honor." Until i get back just know that i'm running around this crazy country screaming my head off for you and i'm thinking of you constantly. I love you more than anything and i'll save all the mushy gushiness for when it's just us and not written on a web site where 5 million of our closest friends can get an up close and personal to our relationship....cuz frankly they just don't deserve that insight. my darlingest, i love you and when i get back both our fathers should invest in cingular because i probably won't put down the phone until december when i come dance and scream my head off with you at what is going to be the PARTAAAYYYY of the decade!!! i love you and miss you more than you'll ever know!!!!!!!!!!!! p.s: let's start planning our "retreat" on the island. u'r mom should come too and we should do a "mother/daugher" retreat...good one no? love you boo! miriam
