Reporting Misuse / Objectionable Content

Thank you for your interest in OnlySimchas! As you know, all photos are uploaded by our users and displayed immediately. This feature is what allows OnlySimchas.com to offer our users a gratifying real-time experience. All users who post content agree to our Terms of Service which hold them fully and solely responsible for the content they upload.

In order to prevent inappropriate material for surfacing on our website, we have a two-pronged strategy in place. First, gallery cover photos are created by our staff and therefore each gallery is reviewed for suitable photos. Second, each page has a link to report "abuse" of our website. When an abuse complaint is lodged, we promptly review the destination and determine if it is necessary to remove a photo, a gallery, or disable an account.

There are many instances where the attire and activity in a photo are viewed as offensive to some and innocuous to others. In those situations, OnlySimchas reserves the right to make a final ruling based on several factors.
